Sliding Scale

1. When legitimate special needs are determined financial arrangements are to be established.

2. Workers are worthy of their hire.

3. Overhead costs are to be acknowledged.

4. Income is to be determined.

5. Overhead ($30.00/ clinical hour) plus $10.00 for each $10,000.00 of annual income is to be recommended per hour of counseling. Availability and frequency are to be determined.

6. The final determination is to be made by the counselor in agreement with the clinical supervisor.
